Need help on cycle!!!
I just had to stop taking D-bol and Sust because I could not sleep.I still have more gear so take a look and tell me how to get big and sleep!!
Sust
D-bol 5 mg tabs (100)
Masteron 50mg tabs(50)
Winny 50mg tabs(50)
Comid 50mg (30)
I don't need to be a freak, I just want some good gains and still be able to sleep.
HELP ME GET BACK ON THE GEAR!!!!

I take Melatonin "3" from GNC, I think it works better than just regular Melatonin as it also has 2 mg Vitamin B-6 which is supposed to help transport the Melatonin better and make it work faster.

I have taken melatonin to help me sleep before and it worked pretty good but i dont know how good it works if your on a cycle because i have never done one ( going to do my first cycle this summer cant wait) but dont take the melatonin all the time just take it on nights you need good sleep or to help you develope a good sleeping patern because if you take it all the time your body will quit producing it own melatonin and will be really hard to go to sleep once you stop taking it but keep asking some people who know more about AS to see how it works with a cycle

taking d-bol and Winny is REALLY hard on the liver. make sure you take losts of ALA or milk thistle

how much sust do you have
make sure you have enough to atleast run 500mg a week
or 750mg a week to keep levels better

I have a lot of milk thistle but i plan on taking the winny after the D-bol. I got enough Sust to take 500mg a week.I am taking the d-bol and sust then taking the masteron and winny.
I have been taking the melatonin and it seems to be working. I also make sure to take all my gear before 5pm.
Keep giving me some more input. AR has helped me out a lot.
