To take expired gear or not

I've got sus that expired 03/12.
Is it still okay to take? What kind of side effects if any?

Stuff is good for years after experation as long as it was stored well...no prob!

Same goes for all medicines really. My mother's a pharmacist, and I used to freak out as a child if she tried to give me expired advil or something, and she would always tell me that it's good for years after the advertised expiration date.

Note: Do not take this risk with medicine you need to save your life (insulin for instance) lol

Expiration date is more of a guideline than anything. It doesnt stop working once it hits a certain date. I know with some meds it starts to lose its potency. You should be alright though just make sure you are storing it in a cool dark place.
