What steroids should I take? (srs)

I have been training for a while now. I really want to get really serious with my weight training. What are some suggestions for gaining weight and loosing fat?

Age, weight, bf, diet, training...all that jazz n more

What you eat and how you train are major factors in weight gains/loses.

How long have you been training? How many calories do you consume daily and what are the macros (grams carbs, fat, protein)?
