Thanks for the details. Per my 6 day train weeks A good bit of it is "practical" strength training the vast majority of folks don't do. Such as grip strength, wrist strength, ankle strength, neck strength etc. It's not that I'm hammering the major typical muscles as much as a 2x day 6 day wk routine would lead someone to believe.

Just to make sure I'm reading you right, Your suggesting combining the Test C and the Mast E at the same time, same days for a combined dose of a full gram of juice, per week, correct?
