    newb type question from a VET

    So My local source currently could only supply me with Test Cyp and Mast for this next cycle (and all standard PCT.)
    (Im tired of this spotty unreliable source, but no one here would pony up a better contact in PM's so I got what I got.)

    So:

    37 yr old male
    5' 10"
    228 lbs.
    11.7% BF
    Body for life food/diet
    Former USMC hitting the gym HARD 2x day, 5-6 days wk.

    At what doses should I be stacking this stuff?

    2X a day 5-6 days a week is most likely overtraining!

    Mast will need to be run at relitively high dose for most effectiveness.

    1-12 test 5oomg EW
    1-12 Mast 600-800 mg EW (is it Prop or E)

    Thanks for the details. Per my 6 day train weeks A good bit of it is "practical" strength training the vast majority of folks don't do. Such as grip strength, wrist strength, ankle strength, neck strength etc. It's not that I'm hammering the major typical muscles as much as a 2x day 6 day wk routine would lead someone to believe.

    Yes...Mast really needs to be run at high doses so yes your looking at combining them, I am going off the assumption that your Test is 250mg/ML and your Mast is 200mg/ML so this would be 1CC of test and 2 CC of Mast EACH pin.

    Quite honestly for the cost of Mast and the amount you will use in a 12 week cycle, unless your stepping on stage, I would run the test only. Thats just me....

    Mast most likely was not mentioned in a begginer cycle thread as it isn't typical of begginers to use Mast. Not that there is anything wrong with it...it just isn't the norm.

    Test Cyp is such a long ester I'd look at running it 14 weeks.

    Your welcome. The reason i encouraged you to look at that link was for you to get an idea on what is included in a standard cycle, as well as the typical dosing amounts.

    I have met all my size & Bf goals. I'd just like to see about getting a little more definition....
