    anabolics and just starting lifting

Hey guys im new here and curious about something. I havent lifted in over a year Im 22 I put on some weight im about 6 foot 225lbs and id say about 23% body fat. Im wondering if theres anything that would jump start my lifting again when I stopped I was at about 9 or 10% body fat im not tryin to get that low immediately but I would like a boost to get my strength and cardio back up so I can obtain my overall goals faster. I've taken a cycle with halovar and epol and organ shield and the restore for pct everything went fine decent gains but this isnt the strongest thing out there but its the closest thing to a steriod I've taken I just want a "jump start" back into the gym. I have my diet and routine well in check already. Please help!

Looking at using steroids to help START lifting is dangerous. You really need to train the muscles and ligiments for a solid year or so, this way they are better prepared for the extra strain that rapid muscle growth can cause.

Check out nutrition and get some help putting together a diet to better improve your results...spend the next year getting dedicated and see how that goes first!

Ligaments! Tendons! They need to be strengthened for a few years in the gym else you most likely will experience an injury. Tendons strengthen slowly, unlike muscles. Couple that with the fact there are few nerve ending in a tendon, so no warning before you experience trauma.

    Be smart!

    Be safe!

AAS is the LAST thing to consider after you've explored everything else.

    Good luck!

So what about using halovar or epol or something mild like that just as a boost. Almost like a preworkout or post recovery. Btw thanx for the advice I never thought about the tendon strain.

    Welcome to the forum.
First... you haven't lifted in over a year... start lifting.
second- dont think about any steroids, for several reasons.... you are only 22, you haven't been lifting, your body fat is to high.
third- your diet is in check and you have 23% body fat? post your diet, or go to the diet forum, something is wrong with your diet.
forth- why get there faster... is it a race? you been off for a year, now, you have to come back slowly...within no time, you should be like you want to be without steroids.... bro, believe me, trying to take "shortcuts" its not going to help you in anyway...

For real! Post your daily diet in nutrition. Best results this way!
Creatine, Fish oil, Multi Vit, BCAA this is a good start!

Diet and cardio! Body fat is to high... Chances are you will get hurt pretty quickly because you don't have enough time in the gym...

    Lunk nailed it, as usual.

Listen to this advice - very VERY important.
