I am 26, 5'11, 216lbs and body fat is in the 20% range
I have been working out for a number of years, but would like to experience the boost for the first time. I am not looking for 15lb gains, but just a moderate 5-10lbs hopefully. Based on my research from previously posted cycles and from guys I know who do it, I was hoping to get your thoughts...
Test Prop 5 weeks at 400mg per week (100mg eod)
Week 1-5, 500iu HCG every 3 days
PCT
Clomid 100/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20
Does anyone think Arimidex may be required? If so, please suggest a dosage and when/where to use it within the cycle.
I realize the usual length of a test prop cycle is 8 weeks or so, but this matches up perfectly with a cruise I'm taking in February. I have read about 5 week Prop cycles and people still achieved the gains I am after.
