Hey guys.

I was thinking about esters and how the compounds are used in the body and I came out with one question for which I cant find any answer for a long time now.

Lets take this example:

A bodybuilder is starting a cycle which consists of only compound: testosterone enanthate . He is taking 250mg every third day and front loading with 750mg in first dose. What does this mean for the blood levels of testosterone inside his body?
Lets breake this apart. Considering, that test E has half-life somewhere around 15 days if he only takes the first 750mg of test E, after 15 days there would be still 375mg in his body. BUT and here comes the but I was thinking about. This is NOT blood level of testosterone. This is rest of esterified compound he injected. So..

And the rest is only my logical conclusion from what I have read and what I think and might be very wrong, so:

During those 15 days, half of the compound has been used by the body. BUT if the body wants to benefit from testosterone E, it has to clear the ester away. So If we take this as a fact and add a little math to it we will get this result: the body is capable of clearing roughly 4,5% of esterified compound a day. So here are the numbers:

day.....dose injected.....compound in body.....compound used
1..............750......................750.......................0
2.........................................716.......................34
3.........................................683.......................32
4.........................................652.......................30
5.........................................623.......................29
6.........................................595.......................28
7.........................................568.......................27
8.........................................542.......................26
9.........................................518.......................25
10.......................................494.......................24
11.......................................472.......................23
12.......................................451.......................22
13.......................................430.......................21
14.......................................411.......................20
15.......................................392.......................19

Please take this numbers really roughly. The difference after 15 days between dose injected and compound still esterified in the body is less than half because the less compound is in the body, the less can be used, so. I kept the assumption, that +-4,5% is consumed daily. And now back to the question. Can be the column compound used be considered blood levels of free (unesterified) testosterone? I guess it should be! Or?

Now lets take this and apply it to the previously mentioned cycle:

day.......dose injected.........compound in body.....compound used (blood levels)
1.................750........................750............................0
2.........................................716,1312029............33,86879707
3.........................................683,7918664............32,33933651
4.................250...................902,9129225............30,87894395
5.........................................862,1388231............40,77409939
6.........................................823,2060166............38,93280646
7.................250...................1036,031353............37,17466336
8.........................................989,2458391............46,78551421
9.........................................944,5730836............44,67275543
10................250..................1151,917678............42,65540545
11.......................................1099,898923............52,01875477
12.......................................1050,229252............49,66967124
13................250..................1252,802584............47,42666855
14.......................................1196,228028............56,57455529
15.......................................1142,208289............54,01973912
16................250..................1340,627995............51,58029434
17.......................................1280,087385............60,54061
18.......................................1222,280692............57,80669315
19................250..................1417,084456............55,19623561
20.......................................1353,091195............63,99326116
21.......................................1291,987767............61,10342813
22................250..................1483,643671............58,34409532

So as we can see based on the assumption that test E has half-life +-15 days, after 22 days on cycle, our subject bodybuilder will have roughly 1,5g test in the body and cca 50-60mg daily is used (consumed). What does this tell us?

First thing which is obvious: it takes three to three and a half week for test E to kick in.

Second thing is that "blood levels of testosterone" can hardly exceed 100mg.. Well, considering that male body produces roughly 7-10mg a day than the cycle above mean 10times increase!

Third thing I want to mention is PCT timing... After every cycle of testosterone, especially long esters in quite heavy doses SHOULD be followed by 1-2 months long bridging period on short esters in moderate to low doses, for example 50mg testosterone propionate every second day. During this period of time the levels will drop down to levels where the body is ready for PCT... Because if somebody starts PCT after 15-20 days after cycle 750mg test E/week, the levels will still be very high and negative feedback will shut natural production down and PCT is useless.

So in the end.. I thing I wrote down everything I wanted, so please I am really curious about your opinion.
