You gained 23lbs in7 weeks after coming off your super low cal diet!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd suggest you head to the nutrition forum and learn how to diet properly before you consider a cycle.

So what your saying is it takes a YEAR of working out 6 days a week to gain 2lbs of muscle?

I'm saying naturally the average human will gain 2-3 lbs of muscle a year if diet was clean and training was hard

Obviously not ready to cycle until you can control your diet. When I say diet I mean what you eat. Body fat should be closer to 15% before you start not what you aim to get to on cycle.

Apologies in not reading the dates but you definitely won't have gained anywhere near as much muscle as you think.

Agreed 20% is too high. 15% is much better even if you do intend to cut.
