    Advice

    Starting a cycle dbol 60mg/day 5 weeks, test e 500mg/week 12 weeks, deca 400mg/week 12 weeks. I am 6'2 198lb 12%bf. any advice?

    So I'm 5" shorter and weigh the same.
    Maybe take some time to build a solid base first.
    Post the rest of your stats maybe a pic as well.
