I just finished a men's physique comp with poor results. Finished 10th place but def thought I should have been top 5. I'm looking for some insight on what the hell they are looking for? I went from 225lbs down to 175 the day of comp. body fat was takin a week before and was right around 5%. I looked good but a little flat. I tried pumping up but couldn't. I carb loaded with fats and carbs but I don't think I loaded enough since I stayed a little flat for morning show. One thing I should mention is I have a lot of tats. Arms are sleeved and I have a big back piece. Does this score against me? There not random wanker tats of dragons they are works of art done by one of the best artists in my area. I'm just trying to figure this whole thing out. This was my first comp and I am debating to do another. Anyone know what's going on with this new division. Please leave out the no working out legs comments. Lol I do work mine every week
