How to properly lay out a 1st time cycle

    I'm 35 yrs. old
6' - 212 lbs. I've never done AAS this will be my first cycle as well as post. Just want some feed back on how to lay out a cycle of (test E) & (EQ).
I have not pinned anything or taken any of the gear that I have picked up. I have been doing 4-5 days a week in the gym trying to drop as much weight with cardio and dieting. I have limited lifting experience.

I would start by researching this site as there is lots of info. EQ is a waste and would not recommend you waste your money on it. Test only is all you will need for a first cycle along with an AI and PCT. If you do not know what these are use the search feature.

    (Today)
Breakfast- 4 hard boiled eggs with 1 yolk left in
    1 whole wheat English muffin.
1 cup non fat yogurt with granola
Lunch - 2 pieces of skinless chicken cooked on Forman grill with baby spinach an fresh lemon or lime squeezed over it in a whole wheat wrap.
Dinner- chicken strips with veggies and a cup of brown rice.
    Snacks- fresh fruit
Pretty much the same thing every day. I must admit it does get boring.

You have the right idea but the diet still needs work. Using aas will not make you grow on that diet. Go to the nutrition forum and get your diet sorted out before considering cycling.
