Hey guys I'm 32 5'7 175 I just recently purchased 2 bottles of test e and 2 bottles of deca . Sorry the test e is 250ml. So is the deca? I'm trying to figure out the best cycle for me. I have been working out for ten years. I had stopped for a year and have started up again. I also have a 90 pill bottle of nolvadec 10mg. I have only done one other cycle 2 years ago.

Welcome Johnny. What is your body fat %? And I'm going to assume to have 10 ml vials, which would be best utilized in a 10 week cycle of 500 mg/wk of Test. & 500 mg/wk of Deca . Nolvadex will be best utilized for PCT. What do you have in mind for an on cycle AI & have you researched the benefits of HCG while on cycle?

EDIT: Your BF is way too high bro. The only place i would be if i were you is the Nutritional Forum and the Exercise Forum until you can reduce your BF to around 15%.

I would get diet in check in nutrition sect.... It is definitely to early to add test or other compounds at that body fat.. You risk at that body fat far outweighs the reward!!! To many sides at high body fat! Sorry... Don't do it!

You get your BF% checked, if you're over 15% you should get below 15% before you cycle in order to avoid excursiveness of certain side effects, such as high BP & so on.

I wouldn't do anything at high BF!!! Too risky! Lower carbs, raise lean protein, raise cardio... Do this for 3-6 months and you will see better results.... No steroids ! Way to risky at that BF!

I'm not trying to an a$$hole, but unfortunately, I AM an a$$hole. Slow down & read the posts more thoroughly. Again, Nolvadex is best used for PCT, not as an on cycle AI. Nolva only blocks Estrogen it does doesn't nt "kill" it.

If your stomach looks fat, then you are fat! No offense! I've been there... The. Deca and test will just make you fatter and probably get gyno... Cut body fat then use steroids ... They are simply not any good for people carrying around a lot of body fat.... It's like bringing a knife to a gun fight ! Just worthless!!!
