ive just started my first cycle and have been injecting in my glute and arm but i am getting bad bruising and pain that lasts for several days especially on my glute

looking for some advice for other areas to inject, how to prevent the pain or ways of making the pain less after injecting.

    cheers,

Glutes Thighs and Delts are the three go to spots to start.

After inserting the needle at least 3/4 of an inch on thighs and delts and at least one inch on glutes, aspirate then SLOOOWWLLLY depress the plunger taking at least 30 seconds per ML to allow the AAS to be absorbed into the muscle tissue adjacent to the injection point. Also while many disagree, I feel its beneficial to warm the AAS to slightly above body temperature to reduce its viscosity and allow absorption without the muscle having to do work to warm the AAS.

Also look at as many pictures and videos of intramuscular injections to see where to place your shots.

    This should help.

Patrick, I mean no critisizm here but have seen you post this several times and always been curious about others experience with Triceps.

I would assume that your success may be due to the size of your triceps, myself I have tried pinning triceps and found it very painful. Just curious what other member experiences with Triceps have been.

Again no disrespect meant to Patrick

I don't care for them FFM. They are plenty big...just sensative and cause me to twist my body too much. Whenever I have to twist like that I cramp up.

I dunno, i get zero pain or discomfort. I use 2 of the heads. The two that make up the horseshoe. Sorry i cant remember the name right now. I need to do a video or couple pics how/where I do them I guess. For the bottom one I don't twist or anything. Just hold my arm out parallel to the ground and pin from underneath.
