    carb cycling help?

    hey guys trying to do my first "carb cycling" cycle. I read up on it and lots of conflicting, confusing info.
    I have been on the good ole' healthy diet and cutting all natty for about 5 months now, but wanted to step it up.

    Can someone please simplify how it works. I will be forever grateful

    I would give the nutrition section a try. Lot's of info on carb cycling there
