Anadrol, test cyp cycle advice!!

I am new to this site but have been learning a lot from reading previous threads. Just looking for some feedback/advice on my cycle.

Stats
32 yrs old
6'3"
200lbs
14%bf
Lifting for 3 years straight (inconcistently for 5 yrs previously)
Diet in check (3500 cal -clean)

Goal is to bulk 15+ lbs and then cut after.


I have Anadrol / test cyp/ prov that I want to run. It will be the first time I have used these compounds.

This is what i was thinking...
Weeks 1-12 Test cyp (250mg) mon/thurs (500mg/wk)
Weeks1-8 Anadrol 50mg (Ed)
Weeks 1-12 prov 20mg (Ed)
Pct 20mg nolva (4 weeks) (Ed)

I do have access to var and was thinking to add it weeks 1-12 @ 60mg? Worth it ?? Also thoughts on pct.. Is it enough?

Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated

Dump the Provi and get a real AI. Your PCT is weak too. And two orals is not a good idea.

Need cycle experience but would not run an oral for more than 6 weeks IMHO you need Clomid for pct a should run hcg during the cycle

Not much... I've ran sus250 for 12 weeks with var 80mg 12 weeks... Good results... PCT Clomid

Good call with the orals I wasn't 100% sure as its var and as far as I know var is pretty weak. What are your thoughts on the PCT as far as what else would ramp it up?? I've done some research but from what I saw most ppl are just taking clomid/HCG /nova for PCT... As far as provi I thought it was also good for creating synergy between compounds? As well as carrying anti estrogen properties?? If I'm concerned about gyno would it be better to run nova during my cycle? Arimidex be a better choice?

Your logic about AIs on cycle is a little off. Here's a link to a thread from one of our very knowledgable members who took the time to write out the various dangers of elevated estrogen and why AIs are necessary. It's listed as a sticky in the Anabolic Q&A section and should have been included in your research and reading.

As my friend Muscle Ink pointed out, a real AI like Aromasin or Arimidex should be included in your cycle - you should not rely on Provi to control your estrogen.

hCG does not belong in PCT. It belongs on cycle @ 250iu 2/wk

Clomid 75/50/50/50 <---- if using tabs, 100mg first wk is fine.
Nolva 40/20/20/20
