    First Time Help !!

    hi guys.. im a soccer player im 6 foot weighing at 140 pounds.. i need to gain some weight.. i would say 10-15 pounds. I dont seem to gain weight from excessive eating as it burns out from all the running i do.. what steroid do u think would be good for me ? im 20 years old .. can i just use it for 3 weeks or 4 weeks and then stop ? whats the best option for me.. my body fat is probably real low , anything with low side effects ? thanks

    6' and 140 lbs..... Your diet needs sorting out bud. Head over to the nutrition section the guys will be able to figure out what is wrong.

    No steroid is right for you. Your too young and obviously don't have the proper diet and training knowledge. If you can't grow naturally how do you expect to grow on aas? You need to learn how to eat, running a lot is not an excuse. If you want to grow your going to have to eat eat eat! Being a soccer player isn't going to help you but don't use that as an excuse. Steroids are not magic, you need every piece of the puzzle. If one piece is missing your results will be negligible, maybe some added water weight that will be gone right after the cycle.

    You need to eat! If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. You see, it’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.

    Regardless, steroids is not the answer, particularly for someone your age. It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing, and then perhaps look at using AAS. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for a host of unwanted side affects including premature closure of your growth plates, Erectile Dysfunction, Gynecomastia (b*tch t*ts), and more..

    Read the Young and Steroids link, then post your intended diet in the Nutritional Forum including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

    Gear isnt going to help you at this point and not for the short duration you are wishing for. I am with Alex on this one and nutrition is the culprit causing you to not gain the weight you wish.

    You should look into a book called, The paleo diet for Athletes. I use it and have my daughter and some of her team mates on it. They are all elite junior national level swimmers. Btw, I am a tennis pro and coach.

    Yes, but 90%+ of your cals should be solid food.

    Bro you just need to eat more.But a couple of shakes wouldnt hurt.Just dont use them as a replacement for real food.
