    Off cycle time question.

    I have read a lot of threads that talk about cycle times, and from what I see, most recommend anywhere from cycle time + PCT = off cycle time to 3 or 4 months off cycle time. Maybe a stupid question and sorry if it is answered somewhere, but why do you need off cycle time? Especially if I am already on HRT (no PCT required).

    You need to give your CNS (central nervous system) a break, and allow your hormones to reset completely. When you introduce supraphysical amounts of exogenous testosterone, this puts strain on every part of your body and therefore needs sufficient time to rest and recover.

    TRT eliminates PCT but not rest and recovery.

    OK, figured it was something like this, but couldn't find an answer. Recommendation for time off? Like I say, I see range from 2 to 4 months. General recommendation off cycle = cycle?

    Appreciated.

    Time on plus PCT = Time off.

    In your case it would be time on = time off.

    After seeing Milos Sarcev's videos on nutrition, I have decided I need to make some major changes to my undiciplined diet before I try another cycle anyway.

    My diet is so bad right now, it is going to take some serious work to get it under control. More work than working out. But I will when I think I have something reasonable to work with. Thanks for your time. Love this site, best information I have found yet on any bodybuilding, nutrition, or steroid site. And the members are great. Just overwhelmed with the amount of info and how fast new posts come in.
