    boozing on cycle??

    Hi

    Are there any bad effects when consuming alcohol while on cycle that differ from being off cycle?

    Il be taking test e only and no orals,

    And im not talking about drinking all the time, as im a student i tend to party hard enough every couple of weeks

    If your cycling then your watching you calorie intake I would presume.... Alcohol turns into sugar in the body. A drink every once and awhile wouldn't hurt but I wouldn't recommend getting smashed all the time.

    I drink or 2 here and there or a binge night once or twice in a 12 week cycle is not a big deal but to make an every weekend or even every other weekend thing of it may not be the best thing. Not that it will neccessarily have any adverse health affects but the recovery from binge drinking will mess with diet and excercise consistancy.

    Be diciplined and avoid routine binge drinking while cycling...

    Wait so we're NOT supposed to bindge drink on cycle?

    Hi mate i did this once on a cycle last year had a drink nearly every weekend before i joined here and learnd how to cycle properly it was a total waste time roids money I have never drank again and what a difference it makes.

    As Songdog said, it comes down to deciding what is more important. Your health and fitness or partying like a rock star. Most guys will say an occasional drink is fine, just keep your fitness goals in mind. Steroids aren't magic. If you aren't committed to training and nutrition and you'd rather live a party life style now, save the juice for down the road when your priorities are realigned.

    I see nothing wrong with an OCCASIONAL drink or two. I don't drink on cycle. It just doesn't appeal to me.

    Hey thats my saying

    Although I will throw a spanner in the works, I dont see any problem with partying while on a cycle, If I stayed in all those days and nights on cycle instead of going out/away then I would have very little memorys, I would possibly even be a worse state financially due to contacts that I would never have met, however if I training for a fight then I turn into a monk and live, sleep, breath it

    I.M.O its all about finding a balance, unless your going to go pro then I think you should go for it, do you want to be lying on death bed some day and only memorys are of different gyms?

    And I know alot will disagree but ...............

    BALANCE. Exactly....and I agree, I work hard but I play harder. I don't drink on cycle.....but I never said I behave myself either! Lol
