Okay here we go...work out alot and want to supplement my work out with....joints sore and sluggish....would like to lose fat while building muscle...almost like a hormone replacement therapy treatment....I am over 40 and 6.0 255 with a noticable belly...what can i take....have tried clen before but had to cycle off...and on....was looking for something long term that is safe and would see results...
Any suggestions.....thanks...
