I have never used any sort of steroid before, I never have even taken supplements when working out, but I am coming off a knee surgery and have gained alot of weight and lost alot of muscle. I play rugby in the spring and football in the fall, I have been in the gym everyday for the last month and was wondering what is the best route for getting my strength back up before football camp opens, I am currently 6'2 250. but i am really weak right now (for my standards), how soon is too soon to get on something. I have tried reading up on it but i get sooo many contradicting answers. and i dont want to get huge because i still have to have my speed for coverage. Help please

Squat- Havent tried since knee surgery, Leg pressed 1300 but that's a way easier machine
