    Need advice

    I have never used any sort of steroid before, I never have even taken supplements when working out, but I am coming off a knee surgery and have gained alot of weight and lost alot of muscle. I play rugby in the spring and football in the fall, I have been in the gym everyday for the last month and was wondering what is the best route for getting my strength back up before football camp opens, I am currently 6'2 250. but i am really weak right now (for my standards), how soon is too soon to get on something. I have tried reading up on it but i get sooo many contradicting answers. and i dont want to get huge because i still have to have my speed for coverage. Help please

    Bench-320
    Squat- Havent tried since knee surgery, Leg pressed 1300 but that's a way easier machine
    Over-head press- 250

    You need to make a full recovery and lose weight before you start anything.
    What is your bf? Over 15 % you run a higher risk of developing gyno.
    Aas is not a magic substance that takes the place of hard work and dedication.

    Going to the gym everyday might be a bit of overkill. Your body needs rest as well.

    Get yourself a diet and good routine together. I imagine cardio would be a staple for you as well. Rehab that knee as best as possible before AAS use. If not , you could give yourself a false sense of security and accidently overdo it on a cycle and possibly injuring yourself again.

    Once you have all that down start researching testosterone cycles. That would be a good place to start.
