REally doing it this time !
i was gonna log my test e d-bol cycle about 4 weeks ago but stop the cycle well i got the shit in my room just sitting there an its all i ****ing think about been reading an learning ... IM so running this cycle the only cycle . not stopping!!!!!
weeks 1-4 d-bol 25 mg a ed
weeks 1-10 test e 500 mg a ew
weeks 1-12 hcg 500ui ew
weeks 12-16 clomd 75/50/50/50 an nova 40/40/20/20
aromasin 10mg ed
well start taken nova at first sign of gyno
looks good ?

Just out of curiousity, what are your stats? Lifting, cycle experience, diet, height, weight....

thanks mickey ! an I'm 23 years old 190 pounds 5'11' about 15% bf . been training for 3 years use to be an ex fatty .. was 208 pounds of fat .i got down to 140 pounds looking like a stick ! been gain some good weight since then. I'm now a pt at the anytime i workout at ..
my diet right now is 3400 cals
300 g protein
80g fat
rest of cals come from carbs
most of my foods from "clean" food but if i want something ill just fit in my macros for the day
I'm on a pull/push/leg routine right now been injoying it a lot
I'm big on compound movements
for all my big lifts i go for 4 sets of 8 reps once i can do that with what weight I'm using ill move up in weight the following workout
just focusing on progress in someway every week in volume/weight r both !

my bad man type o I'm 24 . but yea I'm one of them people that once i started training it become my drug kinda took over my life for a lil bit but you find out quick balance is key train to improve your life

yea i did man it was the gf she was flipping out about it but i talked to her ALOt an she some what ok with it now told her its not really gonna be noticeable

LOL...till she gets sick of you humping her leg like a stray dog lol..yes please log your cycle in the member cycle forum. Its always benificial to you and the other members. Also if you havnt get that diet checked in nutrition. It;s great to have em take a look at it and see if anything needs tweaked!
