    Running NPP, Test Prop and Winstrol Suspension. Anyone ever ran this before?

    Hey guys, I have done my best to run my next cycle as planned out as possible. My goal is to build muscle without the high water retention and this was the best cycle which was suggested by few. I did it even more serious this time. I havent had a drink in 30 days, been eating solid meals with nutritious snacks. Before I still drank on the weekends and sometimes during the week when I would have dates etc.... Anyways, I have gained 6lbs in 6 days. I run 100mg test prop, 100mg npp and 125 mg of wistrol suspension every other day. So basically a full 3 cc's each time. I really want to have intense appeal with abs without being skinny. This has been my problem, if I get good abs its more of the skinnier look but not skinny bones if you know what I mean. I havent really felt intense strength gains but am looking forward to optimal affect. Someone reccomended a different cycle but this one made the most sense. It almost feels like I am getting bloated though. Not big but in the stomach region, slightly. Please, no bashers but advice and reccomendation would be very appreciated. I am new to this sit, but not new to gear. I used to be on bodybuilding forum but they removed the anabolic section and found this on google today. So I am hoping great people can suppliment my help instead of my continuously bugging my "guy" if you know what I am saying. Thank you everyone.Oh, and the pains.... Geez. All I can say is rotation. Dont pin the same spot. Delts, glutes, quads. Do quads literally the day you excersise them, pain will go away in 3 days and you'll be ready. Glutes, well.... Get a whoopy cushion. Delts.... Shit, thats painful and noticible when your grunting in the office from pain, LOL!!!!!

    Doesn't suspension have to be shot ED or something like every 8 hours to be effective?

    I've trained for years. Boxing, Ku Fu, lifting. high school wrestler. I used to run decca and sustanon then eq after week four. I am 28, 5 11" 176lbs start 183lbs now. BFP right around 10% now but havent had the full diagnosis to confirm at this moment. Diet consists of carbs in the morning and lots of steak and chicken for meals, nuts for snacks, bananas etc. protein shakes morning and afternoon with kale and oats except no oats in the morning. I havent ran a cycle in 5 years because I had a drinking problem and didnt want to ruin it and wanted to wait till I had it under control. I dont drink a drop and honestly, as far as personal life without alcohol is amazing and I'm looking forward to the positives of no alcohol while running this cycle. How long? 12 weeks but not at that dosage. for four weeks I run this dosage and will change depending on results. My metabolism is a bit different than before. But main thing my goal is to be lean and ripped while still building muscle. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for the question.

    with the cycle i am running i was told every other day is effective. If i wasnt running it with prop it would be everyday.

    Just to get some facts cleared to clarify your situation.

    You are already running this cycle? but want advice if this is an ideal cycle for your goals? which is basically to gain muscle and stay lean?

    You said you are getting some bloat ATM, and I see no mention of an AI, are you using an AI? Do you have a proper PCT planned? Running HCG ? How much water are you drinking daily? and how clean is your diet?

    You are saying that you are planning on running this cycle for 12 weeks, but may change your dosage?

    Typically short ester cycle are ran for 8-10 weeks. And I would stick to one dosage through out the cycle to simplify things.

    I'm just curious anyone elses results from this cycle. I'm already following through to it, just hoping there may be some insight to help me run it strong. Not using an AI at the moment but will be using HCG for PCT. Water I am drinking maybe a gallon a day. Diet is clean. I will have my 1 day cheat day of yams, pastas etc. Every other day is strong, chicken, steak, turkey, nutz, protein shakes etc. I guess a question I had that my "guy" didnt answerr. If I want to maintain more LEAN then bloated should I run wintrol everyday instead of every other day? No one knows I am ruinning this except him and you guys. So I felt some peace finding this because none of my friends know and no family, co workers etc. So hopefully my odd post doesnt offend anyone, just trying to reach out to some like minded people with experience.

    You really need to rethink your goals and plans man. If you are 5"11 and started the cycle at 176, you need to rethink what you are doing because something is wrong. You have starte dthat you are not new to gear, but at those stats, I would say your diet is no where near where it needs to be, on or off cycle. And not runnng some type of estrogen control like an AI is not a good idea. Go to AR-R up top and get some liquidex or Stane. PCT, not a bit good. HGC is not going to do what nolvaex and clomid will do. Hcg should be ran while on, if at all. So for my 2 cents worth, I would say to adjust your diet and keep at the diet hard, even when off cycle. Then order and AI. Then order the proper compounds to have a sucessful PCT. All of this stuff can be purchased at AR-R.

    I am ordering an AI now.... And I will reconsider my PCT. Thanks for the heads up.

    Run HCg 250 iu x2 /wk throughout the cycle
    And for pct nolvadex & clomid
    Or nolvadex and torem ( all from the sponsor ar-r )
    Their doses are simple its all over the forum
    Since you are using NPP which is 19nors you need to keep caber ( dostinex) or prami at hand
    Its no joke!
    HCG on cycle is better than HCG blast before PCT
    If you dont know how to make HCG . Try youtube
    Alot of detailed videos on how to mix HCg with Bacteriostatic water.

    They told you wrong! Prop is Prop winny is winny.2 different compounds.suspenion needs to be run everyday.Beacuse it is in and out of your system.Do some reading on this.then show your friend so he dont give out bad advice again.You are lucky some people get messed up by bad advice.
