    What to cycle with UD2.0

    Hey peeps,

    Will be running UD2.0 diet again, what's a good cycle to run with it? In a nutshell its a calorie cycling diet with glycogen depletion training and carb refeeds every week.

    Im thinking test prop as a base?

    P.s overall goals are to look as lean as possible with some size, i don't want to blow up. and winstrol is out of question as im prone to hair loss. cheers

    Yeah i'm cutting, although with the ud2 i put on size whilst cutting fat. hence why i find it so effective. so i wont say no to putting on a bit of size but more towards getting lean.

    i've never cycled before so this will be a first, clen dosent count right?

    I'm 26, last time i checked i was about 80kg (176lb) and about 6ft 1 i think (184cm)

    176lbs at 6'1 and you want to cut?

    Test only is advised for first time cycles, you don't need multiple compounds on your first run.

    Yea you have a solid base, definitely an improvement from when you first started.

    You will be fine with test alone .

    Cool, i'm happy to run test only, to see how i react etc.

    And yeah i want to get extra lean, my whole body is lean except my lower back etc.

    Any ideas on dosages?

    You can start at 500mg/wk. You could actually cut on a TRT dose at 100-200mg Test if you're just fully focused on cutting and maintaining your current muscle mass.

    Get an AI, all your PCT, and HCG if you can.

    There's a good link for starter cycles around here I believe. Have you looked through it?

    Cheers for the info so far, yeh i had a flick around the educational section and continuing to do so atm

    Hey Stem, i really haven't changed much since those pics. I believe there are plenty in there with good lighting. if anything its only a fluctuation of 0.5%
