Will be running UD2.0 diet again, what's a good cycle to run with it? In a nutshell its a calorie cycling diet with glycogen depletion training and carb refeeds every week.
Im thinking test prop as a base?
P.s overall goals are to look as lean as possible with some size, i don't want to blow up. and winstrol is out of question as im prone to hair loss. cheers
