Starting to think ive been ripped off again :(
Hi everyone'
I'm feeling a bit down tonight. Im 5 weeks into my Test cycle that I kicked off with Dbol x 4 weeks, 2 weeks before I started and finished those last week. The thing is' I'm feeling no different still. I have no extra power when I train and can only manage to bench press the same as I always have which is not great and tbh I lie when i tell my mate how much i'm pressing because Its quite embarrasing to how much he can lift. I have always had a problem of feeling tired after my first set and keep looking at the clock and think shal i just go home and come back and try again tomorow.
And to top it off I got weighed today and have lost weight? I dont get it 2 week ago I weighed 13.7 stone now im 13.5 wtf is going on with me?
I have made an appointment for tomorow to get my blood test done and I think it takes about a week to get the results back? but what should i be looking for or ask about with the results? just my testosterone levels ?
I have been ripped off in the past and if i have been ripped of again I am going to pack it in and look for a new hobby next year
I am eating like a horse good diet plenty of water and training hard as I can sleeping good and sometimes have doubble of the protein shake and I have been using creatine from the start. I do plenty of cardio as I dont have a car I cycle everywere and whare i live it's all hills so gets me quite fit.
I just seem to be stuck at 13.5 stone /189kg
I am bench pressing 70kg ic bar but can lift 84 kg max i curl with 25 kg dumb bells sholder press 55 kg and so on.. not a massive amount but not sure for my height it is good? Im 5.7 41 years old
I am using (Apex Pharmaceuticals Testastan Depot) Testosterone Cypionate 200 the bottle has a hollogram on the lablel and looks right. Also 2 tablets of creatine 1000 mg pills so 2000 mg per day
Any advice please

well bloodwork will confirm whats going on.
How much test are you taking?
are you taking an ai?
and you say your eating like a horse. But apparently you are not eating enough. If you were you would be adding weight if the stuff is real or not.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I am taking 500 mg test cyp split into 2 jabs per week 1 1/4 ml each as its test 200 .. no ai I have never had any problems with estrogen side effects with the dbol I have been taking past 3ish years..
Well put it one way Im eating doubble to what I usaly eat when not on test and have gained 1/2 stone but just have stopped on 13.5 ?
this is what I usualy eat
Morning
protien shake 30g
fruit
3 whole meal toast and 3 eggs
snaks in between
sandwidges or a chicken or steak pastie
cottage chese
nuts
dinner
2 tins of tuna
bowl of pasta or potatoes
veg or salad
snaks
fruit and nuts
cottage chese
tea
big sunday dinner
2 or 3 chicken breasts
2 potatoes
load of steamed veg
2 slices of wholemeal bread
snaks
cottage chese
nuts
Supper
2 slices of chese on tost
or egg on tost
protien shake 30g
I can't eat anymore honnest sometimes I am forcing food down me and it feels like Its backing up as my belly is still full.
I always have a full belly and its making me look fat but it's just full and bloated

The test I wouldn't be too worried about yet cause depend endear on the person it can take a while to kick in.
My main concerns are:
1) you are bulking so wether or not you have gear you should have put weight on after 5 weeks. Your DIET isn't right and needs looking at.
2) no A.i is a big no no IMHO I'm betting you are not taking Hcg ? Have you a proper pct planned?

no mate im not taking anything else at the min apart from the test they guys at the gym have all said this is what they do and its fine.
and yes PCT = clomid 100/50/50/50 And Tamox 40/40/20/20
and im going to start that exactly 23 days after the last injection. I can get hold of Hcg or anything else I need the same day my friend at the gym lives in the same block as me and has quite a lot of gear for sale..
he said what ever i want realy .. so shouldnt be a problem.
I think I will change from the whey protien to the weight gainer see if this has any effect. And even if my diet is not up to scratch it doesnt explain my sudden weight drop or lack of energy.

eye there the ones mate. I googled them ages ago and they were rated but since then I have learnt that some forums are fake with the fake posts bigging up the fake gear its all one massive scam out there and legit gear is hard to get hold of if you dont know anyone personaly ive found.

well you diet does need work and its apparently enough for you to maintain the weight of 13.5 st
just because you dont have gyno issues doesnt mean your estrogen isnt sky high. That can effect your energy levels also.
you need full bloodwork, its possible your shit is fake, its possible its not and its your diet and estrogen levels.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

This is a diet issue. You can jab all the test you want and swallow bottles of dbol but your not eating enough. Example. Your first meal is half what it should be. Should have 1cup oatmeal with raisans. 6 eggs any style. 2 brown toast. Other meals. Keep to 8 oz chicken, steak, fish 1 cup rice. 1/2 cup nuts. Greens. 5 times day. Preworkout shake. Post workout shake with a piece of fruit. Regular meal 1.5 hrs after post shake. Trust me you will gain

never thaught that could be the cause of low energy levels, there not massivly low its just I get the can't be arsed feeling sometimes when I go to the gym and it always seemed to be worse on my chest and arms days and i felt fine and had a great work out on sholder and top of back days so I swiched them and had 2 days off instead of 1 in between and that worked last week but I was feeling that I needed to train harder to get bigger so past few days I went back to one day on one day off and today felt weak again. I will seriously look at my diet over next couple of days and get back when i get the blood results.

Back to the OP tho, with no weight gained I would most likely say fake gear. Off real dbol I swell up like a balloon... Which feels great but it's all water :'(Last edited by Soar; 12-13-2012 at 06:40 PM.

I know it's trivial to the fact your gears looking to be fake but only taking 2 grams creatine seems a little pointless aswell to me.
5/10 grams a day will help you more in my opinion.
Also your diet is pretty bad.
Pasties are not good food man just plain nasty.
Best advice is to head to nutrition section and see what you can do there

Bro. I hate to be the bearer of more bad news, but your test is most def fake or severly underdosed as well. At 5 weeks in, running test at 500 plus dbol , there should be noticible weight gain EVEN if your not eating enough or eating correctly, if nothing else, then from the water retention alone. If your not noticing changes in your body by now, your gear is beat, all of it! Sorry that happened to you again, Its unfortunate there are so many sc**ba** out there that have to rip people off instead of getting a real job

but the reason I started to throw a pasty in the mix was to see if it would put extra weight on. I live in Cornwall so the pasties are made localy and are full of chiken breast and vedge not like the greggs or supermarket crap.. only bad part would be the pastry as its full of salt.
I just taken the reccomended dosage of creatine it said moast to take is 2 pills a day but yes if it wont do any harm only good il up that dosage to say 8 pills a day?

Well thats what I was thinking Wes and I'm glad you said it first. Because If id have said that everyone would have told me I was wrong and think that I dont know anything.
Yes I should have deffo have a weight increase even if I was not eating stacks and only on the same diet as normaly > not training. As the water retention alone would put me on at least a couple of pounds not take if off my weight. I think for my size and height I am eating enough Im not a big lad only 5.7 and normal weight of 12.5 that I have been like forever. So since past 6 months I have gained a stone and now its stopped I am eating more now than when I was gaining weight. Maybie its just my boddy as everyone is different. My sister eats nearly the same as me not joking she is 27 year old 5.2 and about 6.5 stone she cant put weight on no matter what ever she eats. Even when she was pregnent she never put any weight on only a neat little belly bump which she lost soon as she had her baby.
Im forcing myself to eat even when I have a full belly and it feels like its not even digested yet. dont meen to sound crude but sometimes when i burp food starts to come up as its backing up on its self like a full tank.
If I have to force myself to eat any more man I think Im gonna give up. I want to look good not be a pot belly lol

Tod you say you have put on a stone in 6 months and in one of your first posts you mentioned you put on 7 pounds when you started cycling straight away????? Can you tell me again from start to finish about your weight fluctuation. How much, when, when you started cycling etc

sorry I havent got back but my internet has been off. Well I have had my bloods back and its not a diet issue guys. Testosterone 12.9 ( 8.7 > 29) completley normal. So I hate to say it but i was right. The dbol I was taking was legit that's why I put on a bit of weight the first 4 weeks and lost weight and lack of energy after I stopped taking it' as in reality I was at the 'end of a cycle' and not' using any anti oestrogens. Im well ****ed off now all the hard work and money for nothing... I wanted to look good for christmas and feel great when I saw my family and friends over the hollidays but looks like iv'e been ripped off again. And Sorry bigsiv I got a bit mixed up how much I did actualy put on as I wasn't realy taking note of my weight and writing anything down all i was trying to do was to get to 14 stone before christmas. I weighed myself 6 months ago and I weighed 13 stone 2 week after I started taking the dbol and diet change I weighed 13 1/2 stone so I thaught 14 pounds in a stone 1/2 is 7 pounds is that not right? The scales I used only shows stone and dot's sorry ..

That suck but NO it was not all for nothing. I'm sure the hard work paid off and just made you that much ready for next time. There is nothing lost in hard work, diet and gym time. Remember it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. We all want results NOW but it's best to just take it slow and steady and although you got burned you still got some good experience.
Personally I hate the scale. I use a mirror and camera to see my changes. Sure a few extra pounds are nice but I would rather be hard than bloated.

I was in the same boat . Just reordered my gear test and var .. My buddy got Dbol w his and has gains 5 pounds in 7 days .. So your Dbol is fake .. bioanabolics.webs.com is where we got it if you need a source
