I'm feeling a bit down tonight. Im 5 weeks into my Test cycle that I kicked off with Dbol x 4 weeks, 2 weeks before I started and finished those last week. The thing is' I'm feeling no different still. I have no extra power when I train and can only manage to bench press the same as I always have which is not great and tbh I lie when i tell my mate how much i'm pressing because Its quite embarrasing to how much he can lift. I have always had a problem of feeling tired after my first set and keep looking at the clock and think shal i just go home and come back and try again tomorow.
And to top it off I got weighed today and have lost weight? I dont get it 2 week ago I weighed 13.7 stone now im 13.5 wtf is going on with me?
I have made an appointment for tomorow to get my blood test done and I think it takes about a week to get the results back? but what should i be looking for or ask about with the results? just my testosterone levels?
I have been ripped off in the past and if i have been ripped of again I am going to pack it in and look for a new hobby next year
I am eating like a horse good diet plenty of water and training hard as I can sleeping good and sometimes have doubble of the protein shake and I have been using creatine from the start. I do plenty of cardio as I dont have a car I cycle everywere and whare i live it's all hills so gets me quite fit.
I just seem to be stuck at 13.5 stone /189kg
I am bench pressing 70kg ic bar but can lift 84 kg max i curl with 25 kg dumb bells sholder press 55 kg and so on.. not a massive amount but not sure for my height it is good? Im 5.7 41 years old
I am using (Apex Pharmaceuticals Testastan Depot) Testosterone Cypionate 200 the bottle has a hollogram on the lablel and looks right. Also 2 tablets of creatine 1000 mg pills so 2000 mg per day
Any advice please
