What are signs i need to adjust ai?

I'm 6-7 weeks into my deca 300 wk test 500 wk... I'm running my AI at .25 a day...

What are common signs that estrogen is to high or low?

Overall feel good, no acne, no nipple sensitivity, massive gains in strength... Sometimes I feel I am carrying a little bit more water and thoughts are not quite as positive as usual....

My biggest indicator is BP and labido...if both are GTG then my E2 is where I feel it needs to be

Being a bit bloated can easily be a diet issue vs high E2

sounds good then. deca will give u bloat even with an AI (for me anyways). bump up the cardio, lower sodium, n drink more water.

Yeah I did everyday at first to make sure I didn't get any estrogen related issues... I think I should change to Eod... I think the bloat is just the increase in test deca and quick weight gains... It is not very noticeable... My mood is slightly off but who knows what that could be from!

Taking too much a crushing your E2 is not a good idea. Always good to start low and work up...I would never consider using "bloat" as a determining factor unless I ran comps and knew my diet to the gram

Yeah good advice... I have always had one of those mind sets that estrogen is a bad thing, even though it is needed! I've gained a lot of quality size and I'm sure the bloat has something to do with that...

Hormones, as with many things, need to be maintained within a range. Too little of any hormone will produce problems just as too much of a hormone will do the same. Keeping E2 within normal physiological ranges is ideal, however high doses of AIs or low doses for extended periods will cause secondary health problems.

Never hurts to know where levels are at so you can adjust if needed and gives some peace of mind as well.

I'm about to retest but I'm waiting on some caber to see where prolactin lies as well. I might get the E2 tested alone to see if the AI lowered the prolactin on it's own. Lunk believes this and he was right about the E2 so....

clinics must be the only option as the hospital here is clueless. there is a lab here on this island that processes all the samples i'm just not very confident in them getting the "sensitive assay for men" correct. yes, i've tried the pt141 it works quite well for libido and performance, only downside is taking it literally hours in advance as it takes a while to start working. send me a pm and i'll send you a bottle.

The main thing is burn free tanning. Also a fat burner. And also cranks libido out of sight. Kmms has some pt141 which I believe is just the libido fragment. I'm going to dose my already new hot Thai girlfriend to the gills on it. She's a 4-5 times a day girl to begin with. After she started 10 mg of Var ed she went to the next level. at least. first time i tried it was two weeks into pct and libido was extinct. it took over 12 hours to let me know it was doing its job. now that pct is over it takes anywhere from 4-6 hours so we dose it on weekend mornings and play all night.

She let inject what ever I want where ever I want, whenever I want. Was shooting her with100 mg Deca for quite a while but she weight and lifts went up so fast (49 kg to 58 kg) that she was worrying a little so I dropped it and am waiting on some Primo. She went from typical hot Thai chic to Rio Carnival dancer in 3 1/2 months. Ass like Gracie Ann now!!!!

just be cautious with melanotan, if you get much sun exposure after taking it you are going to have some problems. difficult to live here and not get sun exposure.
