    Had to ask

I've got some sus left over, I can't inject do to the overwhelming pain. The pain it causes interferes with my day to day livelihood. So is there any other way of taking it, even though its ment for injection.

No you have to inject it. you cant drink it
but some people add oils and stuff ( its complicated if you dont know what you doing cuz u need to know concentrations and stuff)
which would make it less painful
but im afraid that your best bet is just taking the pain and inject it

Try smaller volume injections. Come up with your total dose, how much you'll be injecting each time you inject. From here, instead of injecting the whole dose in one injection on your injection days, try splitting that dose in half. For example, if you're using 250mg per injection, a full 1ml/cc, inject only 1/2ml/cc in one area and the other half in another muscle on the body...say half in each glut or wherever you want. This would cut down on the amount of Propionate be injected into the area, might be manageable for you but some guys can't tolerate that ester regardless of the volume of Propionate injected.

The more times you inject...the less painful it gets. I put it in my quads and at first I thought I was gonna die...now it's barely a minor discomfort.
