    Single Substance Cycle

I am going to be starting my first cycle soon and wanted to only use on substance, I access to the following:

    primbolan depot and tabs
    winstrol depot and tabas
    anavar

If I have to pick one, which should I pick?

According to steroidrankings.com primobolan depot seems the way to go, thoughts?

Any cycle should have test as the base

Correct on the above. You should only run a test based cycle only of either test-C or test-e

If a single compound is to be used, nothing other than testosterone is your safest bet. Assuming stats are appropriate, of course.

Gains are maintained by diet and PCT. It looks like you need to spend some more time researching. What are your stats?

  16. #16
    26, 6"0, 206, about 14% bf

Test E was what I ran my first cycle. A clean diet, hcg and a good pct will help you keep some of your gains.

How is your nutrition plan and whats your plan for PCT?

  19. #19
I like the 30/30/30 diet at about 3200 cals, dont wanna get any fatter.. I dont know anything about PCT, it seems everybody says "throw some test" in their without really thinking it through... if you look at the sprinter Ben Johnson, he only ran winstrol and he has a great physique

You never really know what anyone else is doing for sure. I would be interested to see your meal plan with macros included.

My nutrition is pretty good, I have a spread sheet I can upload... but its roughly 33% protein, 33% carbs, 33% fat and 2200 cals now and will bump it up to 3200 cals if do the gear.

  22. #22
I respect everyones opinion hear, but im thinking of doing about 300mg of Schering Primo Depot (if I can find the real stuff) for about 12 weeks, dont think ill need PCT for that.

Post it in the diet forum with your stats and the reason for that split and also the reason for increasing 1000cals if you don't wanna get any fatter. Having said that, I assume you have been cutting?

    Typical Day..
Meal 1 - Shredded Wheat with full fat milk - 600 cals, 30 pro, 98 carb, 12 fat
Meal 2 - Tub of Oikos Greek lime yogurt - 486 cals, 40 pro, 66 carb, 9 fat
    Meal 3 - Avocado - 322 cals, 4 pro, 17 carb, 30 fat
    Meal 4 - 2 Scoop whey shake after gym - 300 cals, 50 protein, 12 carb, 6 fat
    Meal 5 - 6 egg omelete, with egg white carton - 540 36 pro, 6 carb, 30 fat

I figure increasing by 1000 cals would make the cycle more worth while.

You nutrition really isn't 'pretty good', you should spend some time reading the stickies in the nutrition forum. An overhaul of your diet will give you great changes whilst you re-evaluate your cycle.

You need to hit up the nutrition forum bro i know you are saying you are going to bump up the cals but your diet needs a lot of work! Were are the complex carbs? Were are the greens? Your soueces for protein could be much better

Everybody is different based on their stats and goals.

Nutrition forum is your friend, spend some time there and really learn how to put a diet plan together.

Complex carbs pre and post workout are a must. I'd argue your protein is way too low and fats way too high.
