    Test Enanthate, Deca and Tren ace

    hey guys how effective do u think is this cycle? has anyone done it? please share
    Test E./250 mg/a week
    Trenbolone acetate/75 mg/a week
    Deca durabolin/200 mg/a week
    how long should i run it for?
    21 years old
    height: 5'10
    weight: 170 lbs
    B.F. 16%

    Can you explain to me the risks of cycling at your age? Just curious if you have considered it?

    Can you also explain to me the risks and sides associated with Tren and Deca?? Curious where you got this idea???

    Besides your age being a HUGE factor.. You are 16% bf and only weigh 170lbs. This shows me you lack a lot of knowledge in nutrition. Meaning you will be wasting your money on any gear since there is no way to make/keep any gains with a shit diet. Do yourself a favor and start eating, don't touch any steroid.

    If you stop now after 1 shot you will be just fine and will need to do nothing after....it would be very wise! Then we will gladely help you work towards your goals if you like??

    ok so listen.. i took two shots.. a ml of each
    test e 250 mg/ml
    deca 200 mg/ml
    tren 75 mg/ml
    1 ml of each .. r u sure nothing is affected.. i was thinking if im shut down anyway i might as well finish it .. i dont know wtf to do
    i did one shot of half a ml of each in the syringe. . so 2 shots makin 1 ml of each .. i just wanna make sure u understand how much

    He has only done 2 injections War...I'm not sure a PCT is really neccessary after 2 pins...do you??

    Honestly you have not inject enough or long enough to require a PCT.

    Still waiting for answers for post #9...

    Thank you so much .. Honestly ill take your word for it and im stopping the juice .. I just thought with juice id get more lean muscle with less fat .. I feel fat the way iam .. Look at my belly .. I wanna be like 180 but very ripped .. Someone told me to take juice lol

    Great...llok fairly lean and there is some def. room to add some good lean muscle mass!

    Now...let's take this in steps. Please when you get some time, take a trip over to the nutrition forum. There are some stickys there you need to read up on. Read how to determine your TDEE and then I would suggest the how to bulk sticky. I think a lean bulk would be perfect for you.

    Then...you need to creat a log of your entire daily diet. Give that forum an example of everything you ate today and add the macro's (the cals, protein, carbs and fat).

    I hope your prepared to eat man...even on AAS food is the most important (and expensive) part. It requires dedication, but after seeing how responsible you have been in this thread I think you are a good canidate! Tell em I sent ya and I will meet you over there tomorrow! Then we are going to take a look at your workout routine.

    You are in a place here where you have damn experts that could get paid BIG money for their help and advice but it's free at your fingertips...take full advantage of it!

    Follow the advice provided. Nutrition sets the stage for success or failure. How much you eat is just as important as what you eat. No steroid will ever make up for a lack of discipline in the kitchen or gym.

    The guys in the nutrition section are the best and will get you on the right path to success.

    Yes, ive been reading for the past few hours . . And im still reading .. Ima read all of them .. And i read about the BMR and how to calculate .. But i honestly have no idea how to measure food or any of that .. I even downloaded the app they said lmao .. Do u want an example of what i eat everyday? I eat the exact same thing everyday .. And i have my own cook and my family owns a GNC .. So any supplements i need just list them and i will have it. . I have so much supplements like unlimited lol

    I mean no offense by this but other than a quality protein (to supplement on top of real food), BCAA's, creatine, multi and fish oil...throw the rest in the garbage!

    If you eat the same things ED then this will be much easier. Most food has the cals, prot, carbs and fat on the label. If its real food like meat then the app you downloaded has the info for it.

    Def post a samplle of your daily diet but please do it in the nutrition forum. Some of us cruise many of the sub forums and the guys over there know soooo much more it's crazy. That forum is like their home and they just wait for someone like you so they can help mold their diet!

    Tons to read isn't there? Make this place your home and in a few months you will be the go to guy in your gym man. Honestly not a better site on the net!
