Your BF seems a bit to low for your age especially. 7% is very low, even for some competitors. 250mgs a week is a bit too little IMO, as it will more likely than not, cause total shutdown and basically just replace what you are naturally producing, albeit a little more than naturally. I would still say 500mgs weekly for a beginner is optimal, but I used 400ish my first time and had great results. As far as you are concerned with your size, that is dependant on your diet. If you dont want to add weight, just recover quicker, adjust your diet to your needs. You dont want to rely onAAS to fulfill your goals, only enhance what you are already doing.
