    MIKEY!!!!

Depends on goals buddy! I just finished elliptical session #2 for the day and I MIGHT be on more than test only

But I am trying to find a cpl abs that have been hiding my whole life

If your bulking it's still important but should be limited...3 X week for 20-30 min usually is good enough

Cardio isn't necessary, if you want abs then consume less calories than you burn in a day, continue lifting, eat a clean diet, oh yeah, and inject tren. Lots and lots of tren.

Just kidding on the last part, but yeah I just consider the sex I have as my cardio for the week...granted im on a huge bulk right now.....

Don't give up your cardio, you don't want to have that hard earned picture perfect body, but get winded walking to the mailbox...........don't give up the cardio. As already stated, your cardio schedule & intensity is determined by your goals.

No doubt you can do lean up without cardio...but you can do it faster with

Remember the most important muscle in your body...no that's not a muscle you fools! Your heart!

Cardio should be done as ameans of excersising your cardivasculor system! It sucks for me but it's a neccessity!

Yeah I know, I just personally can't gain weight if I do more than 10 minutes walking on the treadmill.....at least not while eating clean...I already gag half the time while choking down my last meal. Gotta do what you gotta do though!

On a lean bulk op I would stick to what Lunk said....20-30 mins sounds perfect.

I usually spend 45 minutes after my lifting session stuffing myself with complex carbs, and whey protein, with about 30g of sugar carbs taken immediately after my session, 10 minutes before I feast.

I always walk before, helps warm me up.

I suppose this depends on your goals? I walk on the tread to try and stay lean so i time my meals so that i eat an hour before i go to the gym and by the time i am done its time to go home and eat again. So i don't really have what i call"a post workout meal" Its just time for me to eat a regular meal again after training.

No cardio isn't necessary but then neither is filling our bodies with androgens that can cause serious CV related sides like lv hypertrophy, coronary heart disease and stroke, especially with tren.

Doing light cardio daily only burns a couple hundred cals for most people so that can be easily compensated for with diet.

The benefits of doing cardio and staying in good cv shape especially while on cycle are far more important imo.

    Glad someone said it!

Why would you not do cardio? Like Lunk said, it is the most important muscle in the human body. You won't get very far without it.....let alone a walk to the mailbox!
