1st cycle
Hey guys need some help I have a question I'm on eq cycle only for 3 weeks but now want to add some test to the cycle can I do that ? Plez help ASAP

What are your stats?
No cycle should be ran without TEST.

You should of started with test. Yes you can add the test in anytime.
I would run 400-500 mg a wk.
U should get yourself an ai also to control estrogen

I'd toss in the test for sure till the end of your 12 weeks or however long you're running it.

What did your research tell you you should do?
Do you have anything else such as an ai hcg ?
Please tel me what you have on hand right now for pct

Money wise I'm from Orange county 32 /140/14%bf. My goal is to add some size and good mass gain like 40/50 pounds

I would get some test in there for sure, diet is going to help you the most at that weight tho. I have a friend with similar stats who is having an issue gaining weight but we are slowly packing some on just by sneaking in more meals

Have you calculated your TDEE and how much you need to eat beyond that daily to gain the weight you want? 50lbs of lean muscle will take quite a while to achieve.

Listen to these guys. Sounds like your in over your head. No one at 140lbs and 14% bf is ready for a cycle. I'd stop the eq now and run a pct. obviously you have done no research and have jumped the gun big time. An eq only cycle is a big waste of your time anyhow. Spend some time in the nutrition and training sections and put that eq in your closet.

Thankz for the info yes I have calculated how more I need to eat I'm eating 6 to 8 times a day hitting the gym 4/5 times a week just been working out for a 1yr now
