Test E/Deca/?

really want to add the deca for the joint pain
should i do 500 test e per week and 4-500? of deca per week - and ? arimidex??
should i go higher test ... also will i need 10ml of each or more?
i have prop to kick it off

If it's just for joint pain just run 150mg weekly.

You should be using Adex either way. Are you not planning on using a blocker ?

What do you mean 10ml of each? Test and Deca? That's not a cycle.

Lay out your complete cycle for us. Include AI, HCG and PCT. You will need at least 30ml's of each to do a meaningful cycle.

What he means is 30ml of Test e @ 250mg/ml and about 10-15ml of deca if you're just using it for joint support. The amount generally depends on the length of your cycle. since you're kicking off with prop I am assuming you'll be running a 10-14week cycle?

Deca in small doses 100mg/wk 150mg/wk is supposed to moisturize collagen in the joints. In higher quantity 500mg/wk it is more anabolic.
