My stats:
29 years old male
86.5kg
173cm tall
About 15-20% bf (really need to do a pinch test)
My goals at the moment are to cut down to about 80-81 kg, I want to keep as much muscle as possible though
I started getting serious about 6 months ago and did a sus and tren cycle, gained from 83kg to 88kg, now have been maintaining my weight at about 86.5kg for about 3 months now, so just want to cut a bit then bulk again once I'm happy

Also forgot to ask, is it ok to do clean on its own? I'm not gearing or anything ATM, just was going to cut with clen
And does it matter what time of the day I use? I train around 4.30 pm
