Clenbuterol dosages and cycle plan
Hey guys
I recently bought a bottle 150mcg/ml of Clen off a friend got it for a awesome price and im trying to cut at the moment, so it was good deal for me at the time
Ive never had it before though, just wondering what dosages and cycle plan should I go? Ive researched some stuff on the net and people are saying to start low and go to about 100mcg and then taper downwards from there untill your 2 week period is done, then have 2 weeks off then start again to prevent receptor shutdown, and read that clen's effects start diminishing after a 2 week period
Is this accurate info?, if it is I was thinking of doing something like:
M - 20mcg
T - 40mcg
W - 60mcg
T - 80mcg
F - 100mcg
S - 100mcg
S - 100mcg
M - 100mcg
T - 100mcg
W - 100mcg
T - 80mcg
F - 60mcg
S - 40mcg
S - 20mcg

then after the 2 week off period you can start your dose at (assuming you can handle the sides of 120mcg...) say 80-100mcg 1st 2 days or so, then go 120mcg for the rest of the 2 weeks...

Awesome great advice guys,
My stats:
29 years old male
86.5kg
173cm tall
About 15-20% bf (really need to do a pinch test)
My goals at the moment are to cut down to about 80-81 kg, I want to keep as much muscle as possible though
I started getting serious about 6 months ago and did a sus and tren cycle, gained from 83kg to 88kg, now have been maintaining my weight at about 86.5kg for about 3 months now, so just want to cut a bit then bulk again once I'm happy
Let me know what u think about my goals if u want
Also forgot to ask, is it ok to do clean on its own? I'm not gearing or anything ATM, just was going to cut with clen

you should visit the nutrition section:

and post up your diet for critique, as loosing BF and maintaining muscle is not exactly an easy thing to do, and will basically come down to your diet/training.
eating around maintenance calories and using carb cycling and cardio is a good way to cut BF while maintaining LBM.
clen is fine to take on it's own, i would take the clen in the morning since you might find it harder to get to sleep if taken later in the day.

Thanks ok, I'll search and maybe post my diet ATM And try find out if clen will burn much muscle coz yeh don't want that !

clen wont burn any muscle, in fact it is somewhat anti-catabolic, like i said before if you eat at around maintenance calories, and use carb cycling and cardio, you should be able to loose BF while maintaining muscle..
