Plateau Alert... Might need new work out & meal change Help.
I have come to the gods of fitness for help on getting out of the current plateau I have been in since November. First a bit of my background.
I started in Jan 2012 at 360lbs since then I started hitting the gym and of course following a meal plan (high protein/low carb). I have since then shed down to 275 lbs that was in November 1st when I did my weigh in. After that I have always been stuck in the 275-280 lbs range and haven't been able to shed anymore weight. My weight goal is to reach to 200lbs by July next year that is according the the naturalist that I have a reasonable realistic goal. I will post a copy of my current workout routine and my meal plan so you can have an idea what I am doing, maybe I am doing something wrong and that's why I have hit this freaking plateau that I cant seen to get out of in these almost two months.
Any input, suggestions, or comments would help. I am not taking any supplements nor doing any juice.
meals are usually:
6am yogurt with granola bar
9am regular wheat bread sandwich
12noon 14 oz grilled chicken with one flour tortilla (Mexican here, need to have at least one tortilla) lol
2pm 8oz peanuts
5pm 8oz chicken or beef with veggies boiled or grilled.
Sometimes I am still stuffed @9am and skip the sandwich or @ 2pm and skip the peanuts.
Of course I drink at least 2 liters of water don't do juice nor soda.
Again any suggestions would really be appreciated. I will throw in a before and after pics of Jan to Aug and Aug to Nov.

I think your diet needs a lot of tweeking. This may sound crazy but if you wanna lose more bodyfat you have to eat more. Eat 6 times a day and get 40-50 g protein 30 g carbs and 15 g of good fats every meal. You will do well

Thanks for your reply, as a matter of fact I was doing the Ketosis meal plan for a few months about 6 months, I was really suffering from constipation and not even laxatives were doing the job. That's why I stopped doing it and just came up with this eating method. But it does work wonders because I was loosing weight with it. Unless I drink fiber instead of just plain water I don't see any other way that I would be able to have regular bowl movements lol.
How does the workout routine look? Should I still to that would or does that also need help? Again thanks for your reply and suggestions.

It looks ok but i would change your routine every 3 months to keep hitting your muscles at every angle possible. Are you using a fat burner supplement??

Wesh I have just done clen alone.. that's it. I used to have high blood pressure but not its back to within regular levels. Any suggestions on any good fat burners would be great. As far as the routine I tend to change it every two weeks I will start from the top two weeks then start from the bottom the following two and so on. Any other routines would be great also... Thanks for the advice.
