Hello everyone I am new to this fourm and need some help with creating my first cycle. I am 20 years old 178cm and weigh around 78kg I have been training for about 3 years now and am looking to do my first cycle.I am looking to bulk and I have done a little bit of research and it seems like taking test e or test prop is the best for a first cycle. Which one is better and should i stack it if anything?

Ill post a quick example of my diet to show you what i eat.
Meal 1- 100g rolled oats, Banana, 250ml Milk, 2 eggs, Whey Protein Shake
Meal 2- 20g Almonds, 95g Tuna, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 3- 250g Chicken Breast, 1 cup of pasta, 1 cup of vegtables
Meal 4- 2 wholemeal sandwiches with peanut butter
Preworkout shake
Meal 5- Whey Protein Shake, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 6-250g Steak, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of vegies

Adds up to be around 3683 calories!
