I am 5*9 210 and want to lose weight and get huge fast what should I use?

Pull back on the throttle there hoss. How bout your age? Any cycle experience? Do any actual research before posting this question?
Proper diet and lifting hard/properly couldn't hurt.

Everyone has a dream Bro.But yours is possiable if you dont mine getting sweaty and smelly.1st you need to lose weight.Hit the diet section and learn how to eat.You do that mixed with lots of cardio and weight training.And remember you do this all natural NO AAS! Beacuse aas isnt a diet aid good luck.

Hey there bro... this is just my experience and that is not as vast as many, but that being said I can tell you this, I just got out of prison and after being locked up for two years with the only real sources of protein being summer sausage and peanut butter, and blocks of cheese then mix in your Little Debbies, HoHo's, and candy bars, I went from 222 lbs to 288 lbs so I know where you are coming from I did lift 5 days a week so I did put on some muscle but not 68 lbs. of muscle not o a D.O.C. diet.... So anyway found out I was getting Parole in August I started with walking( I couldn't run a single .2 mile laps on the yard) did that for a couple of weeks then spent another week running the straight parts of the track and walking the curves then a week running a single lap and walking a lap. By the time I left in Oct. I was running a mile post fast (b4 breakfast everyday) I've been home a little over 2 months now and I am weighing in at 250 lbs w/ 12-13% Bf measured with calipers I am on a 2090 a day calorie diet( I replace the calories burned during cardio so actual caloric in-take around 3000-3200 depending on duration of my run) and lift on a 4 day split and run 6 days week sometimes only 5 and that single lap I used to walk is now 6 miles and I do that in an hour hardly breathing hard. You can loose the weight if you want to, you can do anything I have done all of this w/o AAS I did start HRT 3wks ago and gained & 7 lbs. in water weight which I am in the process of working thru with my Dr. now. So just to summarize I lost 38 lbs in Basically 4 months with just diet and exercise oh yea and I have no stretch marks either. If I could do it so can you!!!!
Sorry there isn't a magic wand to just wave, but you can do it with DIET AND EXERCISE any other way isn't healthy!!! If the it was easy the whole freaking world would be pushing iron and look as fantastic as the few who do and we idolize and strive to become!!! Every wisdom has its price even if it doesn't cost a dime it doesn't come for free this includes your health and a great body.
Good luck my friend stick around here put in the time, the rest, balance your diet, and ask for help with the things you can't get pass yourself there is a lot of knowledge on this board and with these guys who take their time to help all us new-comers, but everyone of them is going to tell you get your foundation built (deit, training,rest) they all did they didn't and don't just fire juice in their asses and tomorrow look Hercules don't be fooled or be that insulting to them everyone who looks like the incredible hulk put in incredible work b4 during and still.
