There are some really good juice recipes (not talking about roids here) that work wonders for skin. Buy a juicer, get on wheatgrass.

Not trying to piss you off reiss c but sun beds cause skin cancer I can never understand why people use them when there is fake tan and injections to get the desired look. This is just personal experience won't delve into it but sun beds no no no no NO!!!!!!

I think it was a little funny, the guy works out, has a nice physique, but his ego is so big he talks to hear himself lol, I'm the real deal, I don't have to tell everybody about every chance I get....I though he was annoying

We're I'm from fake tan and sun beds are part of most peoples every day life ..

I agree bud it is where I come from. I've never used a sun bed personally but I have naturally tanned skin. Had a mole taken off my head turned out to be skin cancer got a nice big scar on the side of my head for my troubles.
I preach to anybody who will listen about the effects of sun beds there's nothing worse then getting a phone call off your doctor saying 'I need you to come in immediately....'

Anyways moan over lol sun beds are bad!!!!

Sorry to hear about your incident.. But I hear we're your coming from. Plus if wanna look tanned either get a holiday booked. Or get the gf to fake bake us lol

Ha ha agreed and thanx for the concern but honest it's all good now All clear. My GF use to use the sun beds quite a lot but I've convinced her health before vanity.
On a side note I would try the tanning injections melonatan I think it's called?

I agree. I only watched a portion and wanted to hit him. I don't like people who talk too much.
