    Supplements while using steroids?

    Hi all,

Just curious on your thoughts in regards to what supplements you use and think are worth using while your running a cycle to help combat side effects?

Hawthorn berry extract helps me a lot with blood pressure. I think most liver sups are bs. Multi and fish oil are nice to use year round.

Depending on what compounds your using but if I'm using a 19 nor I supplement ginko biloba, Korean ginseng, vitamin D. I read it helps with prolactin (as well as caber)
Your multi vit and fish oils and glucosamine for the joints.

For me caber should be on hand, estrogen controlled with an A.i but not completely obliterated. The herbals might not work but it gives me peace of mind which is priceless. The article I read was pretty convincing lol

Thanks for the replies.... Green tea is great stuff! I'm currently using liv. 52 provirion lots of water. I was reading that milk thistle isn't all that is cracked up to be apparently Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (tudca) is the way to go to help your liver. has anyone used this stuff before? And do you think that it's necessary to use liver support while using oils?

I agree with what ALIN said about OTC products for mostly being useless in terms of either avoiding sides or keeping them under control.

Liv52 is a big exception, however.

I have a question for OP: why are you using Proviron, which is clearly the underdog of AIs in our day?

It's what I could get my hands on I live I'm aus... Plus my libido isn't that good while cycling. What do you use during cycle if you don't mind me asking Turkish juicer

I prefer pharm grade Aromasin, which is amongst the most advanced AIs in our day, as long as administered at the right dose and the correct intake frequency, it is a wonderful compound.

Why? Because it is not toxic, there is no estrogen rebound with this AI and it never kills my sex drive like Letrozole does.

Most importantly, it is not useless like Proviron.

Edit: I will gladly use Arimidex if for any reason I am not using Aromasin.

Agree with Turk. Proviron can be suppressive of E on 3 different physiologic levels but it is still, like Turk said, relatively useless. Better compounds are available.....

At 21, the only stack you should worry about is the following:

    Chicken-Durabolin
    Oral Beefbol (Bbol)
    ricedrol
    Yamolon
    Turkeyerol

Stack some whey protein, and some creatine monohydrate, and watch the scale climb my friend!!!!!

preworkouts are just a ton of stimulants, some of which could be argued to be not so great for your health. Anything beneficial such as creatine is typically in the "proprietary blend". This phrase means they don't actually need to tell you how much of what ingredient is in it. typically it's far from anything that would be beneficial, and mostly corn starch. Buy some caffein pills or have a black coffee before you train, buy some bulk creatine, and some L-arginine if you like the pump aspect of PWO's.

Cycle Assist is a pretty good product IMO.
Kre-Alkalyn is expensive, but a good creatine product.
I pop vitamin D twice a day to reduce SHBG.

I keep BCAA/electrolyte mix in my gym bag for when I get cramps or need to extend a cardio session
    Taurine if I'm using clen
UDCA/TUDCA 500mg/day for liver if you need real liver protection. I wouldn't touch an oral with out this stuff.

3-4g arginine 2g citruline 2x/day for blood pressure/blood flow, tons of other benefits
Cialis 10-15mg/day on cycle for blood pressure is another good one

If you have your E under control, but have libido issues while cycling....look into prolactin issues.
Prami/caber cured mine. I developed prolactin issues from antidepressant use.

Almost same thing. But glutamine, taken orally, hasn't been shown to do diddly squat

Extra water is the best supplement. Whatever you're drinking right now probably isn't enough.
