Track and soccer players breakfast of champions? LQQin 4 strength & minimal H2o gain.
Which gear is it that track and soccer players take? I am looking for speed, and strength while taking something safe (easy on liver and min side effects) Newbie here looking to gain strength and minimal size.
Any suggestions would greatly be apreciated.

But search around and figure out the drugs on your own, I don't know about everyone else but I won't help plan a cycle unless the individual is sure what he/she is using in the first place.

prop and winny would work great for you, don't run it longer than 8 wks. Drink a lot of water.. milk thrissle.. flax oil seed..winny is tough on the joints but if you are not competing right now i woulds go for a winny test prop cycle as Whoidsdaman mentioned..
