Hey guys, just a few questions.
ive been reading up on tren and test cycles and i dont know what to believe. What do i run it at and all that.
im 6'2" and 107kgs, ive been lifting since i was 16 and im now 21. I know it seems a little young for someonene like me to be doing any sort of cycle but im starting up mma and wanna bulk and shred a bit more. Ive been lifting for 4 months since my shoulder reco and im keen to get back to going heavy and building.
