Test E, Deca And Anavar cycle, 2nd cycle question.
This will be my 2nd cycle ever, I did a test e only cycle when I was younger and ultimately decided to wait untill I was older before ever using aas again, Im 33 now, 6,1 and 180 lbs. I have a solid weightlifting background as well as a pretty sound understanding of nutrition, I currently run and work for my own independent personal training co, I have been doing my research for quite a while and just wanted to get an opinion from a few more experienced members in regards to this, what would be the safest way to go about doing this cycle and for how long? also is this a solid bulking cycle? I believe so but want to make sure before I dive in. Thanks Rich

Like I just mentioned in another thread with someone asking for the same help... Make sure you get bloodwork before starting. You say you did a cycle when you were younger, which I'm sure you recovered by now from that, but being that you were young, you probably left out a lot of the key supplements that you should have taken.
Have you researched about an AI? Do you plan on using HCG during your cycle? How's your diet? You need to eat to get big. Being 6'1 and 180 says your diet needs some critiquing. Get a proper Test only cycle in your system and see how you react to it.

If I were you, I would consider dropping a compound or 2 if this is your second cycle. Deca and var might be good, but I would prefer var to go along with Test P and NPP. Deca is know to cause some bloat,although you can control it a bit with AIand diet. Honestly, I would go for 1 or 2 compounds and leave the 3rd for another time. There is no reason to acclimate your body to higher doses this early in your AAS use. Good luck!

I also think a good test only cycle right now would be best since it's been a while. Can't go wrong either.

thing is op is that you can bulk on any compound/compounds because your diet dictates weather your bulking or cutting...not just the aas...

I would recommend 400-500 mg of test/week alone. Foe bulking with proper diet you wont be dissapointed. Research AI's, PCT, cycle support, and post your bulking diet. We see countless people that think they have a good diet and they DON'T, I was one of thm when I first came here.
I also strongly recommend bloodwork.
