Everyone is different, some responsible people could be fine, some abusers could be fine! Too many variables.

Although its going to be different from person to person. Doing AAS ' properly ' as you say it cycling on and off getting bloods done, and doing it when your endocrine system is fully developed will greatly reduce the risks of having problems in the future such as ED. BUT that doesn't mean there is no risk. There is always risks when we stick chemicals into our body's wether its AAS or anything else.

the best way to put this would be as follows:

"The earlier you start taking steroids "pre 25ish", the more steroids you take "pre 25ish", and the longer you take steroids over the course of your life.....

.....all these will be contributory factors that will signficantly increase your risk of side effects which will include low/no libido and ED."

Although I will say your chances of staying healthy will be better, waiting till your endo system is fully developed.

I plan to go on TRT when I'm 50ish anyway, much better libido and quality of life imo. So I'm not too fussed about the lasting implications, if I look good in the prime of my life (20s IMO) then I'm happy.

I shouldn't need it at 30 with proper cycling, I'm only go to do 1-2 cycles per year with proper time off. But if I need it at 30 then I'll go on it.

Trust me on this, getting TRT at 30 is not all fun and games...

There are other issues as well, aside from not getting it up, growing tits, having no libido, feeling like a sack of sh1t every second of every day, having no energy for anything whatsoever, moodswings etc..
You'll also become infertile, and will not be able to have children, unless you get the proper meds and help, and getting a Doc that knows what the f*ck he/she is doing is easier said then done.

Do not take this lightly, I'm prepared to bet my life on the fact that when the day comes, at age 30, you'll regret it.
