Newbie- help needed to decide best cycle PLZ

    Dear All

After several weeks of reading up various articles on this website i have decided to post my query on here and would be grateful for your help. I've read all about the positives and negatives and have decided to go for it!!

What my aim to achieve is to get bigger arms, brouder shoulders and bigger chest.

Please can you advise me what cycle would be best to use?

    My stats are:

    Age : 28 years old
    Height: 177.5
    Weight: 74.9
    body fat %: 23
    BMI : 23.8
    Viscerl Fat %: 7
    Muscle %: 37.5
    Body build : Slim

    Gym routine:
    Monday:Chest
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: legs
    Thursday : day off
    Friday: shoulders
    Sat: Arms
    Sun:Abs

    Spinning class: once a week
    No other cardio

I train in the evening around 7.30 for an hour.

Diet: i aim to eat around 3000-3500 calories a day. I use Maximucle Progain Extreme protein shake.

    Thank you

    Zee

23%Bf at that height and weight...concemtrate on getting your body fat down through diet and cardio before considering a cycle. Your high BF increases your risks alot!

Yeah, best to get that BF down to at least or below 15% before you start. How long you been training? A test only cycle would be your best bet.

Youre too skinny bro. Youre what is called, skinny fat. High visceral body fat with little mucsle.

I would postpone this cycle until you reduce your body fat to approx 15% and build more muscle for a solid foundation for your additional muscle to grow upon. This is EXTREMELY important if you want to keep your hard earned gains.

Instead of "aiming" to eat 3000-3500 cals, i strongly recommend you begin that immediately. Continue with your current gym routine and focus on building mucsle and reducing your body fat. Hit up the Nutritional Forum if you need help developing a solid diet. The diet Specialist in there will help you.

    Good luck!

well height and size considering, id say less than 3,000 that if he was to drop bf%

but yes head to the nutrition section bro as Mickey says.. solid diet is the key.

before you get big, get lean. youll only get fatter when trying to gain. Fat big people are everywhere, lean big people are scarce... thats what you want.. ( i hope)

Gym routine should also be played with..

    abs should be every day

id do big lifts to build a base before you do an "arm day" or "shoulder day"

squats and bench and deads, maybe have a screw off day to hit arms and shoulders but this shouldnt be you main routine

Depends on his activity level. I assumed he had this figured out, but perhaps not.

Thanks guys. I will hold fire to startin the test cycle until i get my body fat percentage down. Though once the body fat percentage is down to 15%, wha would be the bet cycle to start from your experience?

I have been training for the past 4/5 years on an off but recently for the past year ive bee training regulary 4/5 times a week. I even had a personal trainer for 8 months. My problem is that i just cant get big not sure why, even the personal trainer did not understand why. The PT guy who isa friend also suggestedte steriods .

Also my diet plan is as follows:-

7.30am - progain extreme protein shake + 3 boiled eggs
9.30am - hand full of almonds and a banana
10.30am - original poridge with milk (quaker oat so imple)
1pm - 1/2 grilled chicken with salad (includes lettuce, cucumbers and tamatoes)
2.30 - tuna salad (includes lettuce, cucumber, tamatoes, sweetcorn and olive oil)
4.30 - blueberries with a smal plain natural yogurt.
6.30 - sweet jacket pataoe with tuna and a little mayonaise
    7.45 - Gym session
    8.45 - protein shake
    9.00 - chicken grilled burger
10.00 - protein shake before bed.

Please let me have your thoughs!

    Thank you
