Common MG for Var

Only used Var once and I was told they were 30mg a pill.


I wanted to use 100mg of var a day but the only mg my source has is 10 per pill. Is this the common mg?

I have 5 bottles of 10's in front of me right now.

Ive never seen 30mg. I wish i could find those (no im not sourcing, just thinking out loud..im fine, really)

I dont even know if was really var or winnie bc a lot of the sides felt like winnie and so did the price

I have a 20mg bottle. Sounds like strength is all over the place.

Made my bp go up a little, so I stopped but will try again at some point.

In the early years they only came in 2.5mg tabs
