also I read exemestane plungs cholesterol does that mean it reduces cholesterol and what are the effects of that ? and may do some type of cycle but I need to drop 30 pounds of fat before I consider It cause Ive done steriods while I was fat and its not as good...

Yes, you should drop down to preferebly below 15% BF before doing a cycle, but DIET is what will do that for you, not drugs of any sort, and certainly not a serm and an AI.

If you do not have the proper nutritional knowledge to be able to drop 30lbs of weight without any supplement, then you will not have the knowledge to take advantage of a cycle, or retain the mass you add, or for that matter, STAY lean once you're done.

Most likely you will not listen to any advise at all, you seem like one of those guys who ask a question and if the answer is not what you WANT it to be, you ignore it, but at least I've tried.
