Hey guys I am new to this site and figured id see if anyone could give me some insight as to if I am doing the right things or not?
23 year old male
working out for a solid 2 years ( really bumped it up the last 5-6 months) lift 5 days a week 2 days cardio involved
app. 200lbs 5'10" 12% bf
currently on a test cyp 250 cycle (first time cycler), 1 ml shot the first week then 2 shots at 1 ml a week, next week starts the 4th week of a 10 week cycle, also just got in some liquidex and liquidclomid from ar-r... planned on starting the liquidex at 1ml a week just to kind of watch the estrogen levels, had no blood work done yet but if its recommended I will
diet isn't to bad, no calorie watching but eating smaller healthier based meals 5-6 times a day (2 being a 40 gram protein shake) taking a mulit and fish oil everyday..
not looking to bulk or cut to an extreme just would like to gain a little size and get more muscle tonnage.. any insight would be greatly appreciated?
