if i was to do 800mg testosterone on my next cycle which of the 2 would be best
test 400 so 400mg/ml and injected 1ml mon/thurs
OR
cypionate 200 so 200mg/ml and inject 2 ml on mon/thurs
or does it make no difference ???

It would make no difference! The fact that your asking this tells me you have little AAS knowledge and def do not need to run 800mg of test.

What are your stats and cycle experience?

This is a very, very, very basic question....
mg/ml is exactly what it sounds like, the amount of, in this case, testosterone per ml of oil.
You take the amount of oil in ml x the concentration of testosterone


400mg/ml x 1ml = 400mg x2 per week = 800mg
200mg/ml x 2ml = 400mg x2 per week = 800mg

If this type of maths is too complicated for you I hardly even want to contemplate what the rest of your cycle looks like.
This is something you should know, and fully understand, before even considering doing AAS.

Test400 = 561.22mg
Cypionate = 552mg
