Hey guys, I've never had my body fat calculated. At this time I don't know where and the ones that do the testing more then just calipers cost. Poor crazy mike has no $$.
Is the caliper testing good enough to use a comparison chart for me to use as I go on. I've heard it is just bs and it will vary each and EVERY time. Example I was given is that you can have the same person get a % and with calipers and at the same time do it again and it vary each time so that making it complete bs ? So do all you guys check yours a different way other than calipers ? Always being thin I never had to worry. Never even when I was competing at age 35.
