    Cutting phase help for beginner

Im looking some advise on what to take.
Ive been gym regularly for the last 5 years mostly weight lifting although i do go through spells of heavy cardio work.

Im 28, 6'0'' and 220lbs im wanting to cut in as im carrying excess body fat roughly bmi of 19% im a few weeks into new diet which is working fine but would also like something to assist.

Im still in research mode on what to take, I've been reading a lot online but would like some first hand advise from the regular users in the forum

None of us will be able to provide you with a satisfactory answer before you provide us with the layout of your diet, in detail.

You will want to get your bf percentage way down from 19 percent before you try "taking something." You need to burn more calories than you take in to get that down and clearly what you have done for the last five years is insufficient to accomplish this...or you would not be at 19 percent. If you reduce you calories and increase your cardio and do cardio CONSISTANTLY rather than going through "heavy spell" it would be a great start.

If you do this right you should be able to get your body fat in their 12 to 13 percent range in about six months. Anything you "take" is usually used to get guys from 10 percent to 8 percent. or 9 to 7 percent.

You need to review and change your diet and get on a regular cardio plan.

I agree with beanie about getting it lower before starting anything... however theres no way in hell it should take 6 months to go from 19 to 13 percent. If you diet strict you could get down to like 15 percent in 6 weeks and then I would hop on a low dose of test and cut all th way to 10 percent.

As Turkish said go to the nutrition section and post your diet and get this in to check first
