Get your body fat down to 15% first and then lay out your proposed cycle with pct included.

Alright mate congrats on dropping forty pounds , I take it the 25% is your BF you are looking to be around 15% before you start any bulk cycle also you should post your diet in the nutrition section get this checked out first , what age are you ? Is this your first cycle ? And how long have you been training ?

Agree with the above. Congrats on the weight loss. Wait until your BF is lower to cycle and avoid amplified sides.

6'4" 220 seems like great numbers unless you have no muscle and all fat...I wonder if you are not mis calculating your BF%. Post a body pic (no face) so we can get a good idea of what sort of base you're wrking with!

how did you measure your bf% if it was from electronic scales there wrong.

either post a pic or get it test from a professional trainer.

Yeah...I would suggest at least 18% or so before considering. You def. dont appear to have the base one should have to really see added benifits and safely cycle. Excess BF can lead to more aromatizing and an increase in unhealthy side effect such as high BP and high cholesterol!

dont count on 15% count on how you look at feel. but yes lower the better ideally.

it wont take that long to drop to a decent bf% with a good diet and training program.

i assume you like your junk food hence that bf% no offence. so make sure the diet is 100% spot on

if you need diet advice read up in the nutrition section and then post a proposed diet and the boys can critique it. best way imho. you learn a lot as you go.
